Waiters at the restaurant were super nice but reception staff were not.

Breakfast was good enough. Staff were always polite even when they could not answer my questions at times. The view from my room was fantastic and that view alone kept me sane during the time I was immobile due to tearing ligaments in my ankle.

The front desk check in gave us upgraded room - lunch buffet was good value

I like the fact that the hotel is fairly close to Megamas area. You would still need a car, or just walk like what I did, to Megamas. It's positioned close to the beach, so there's something to see–although not much. I also like that they have an ample parking space.
